Kudos to Victoria, from North Carolina

On Friday, October 2nd I called spectrum after visiting the Seminole, FL location because the agent there could not help me.

I got to speak to Victoria from North Carolina. She was very pleasant and went out of her way to help me, which took almost an hour to get my plan straightened out. There had been a hold on my account for an upcoming change to my plan which wouldn’t allow changes. Victoria had to get her manager involved to override this hold but lost the information on my original plan. Victoria took the time to re-enter all of my channels manually and added new channels for me.

She was so patient and I appreciate it all her effort to resolve the problem with my account and she also save me money. Thank you Victoria, you are amazing from Largo, Florida customer
