How do I find the date of my Modem provided to me from Spectrum? How long do modums last?

    Welcome to our community! I was able to locate the account using your community registration. I show that the modem was installed in October 2023. There's not standard or expected length of time on the equipment. Before we did our last round of network upgrades, I had seen some customers that had their equipment for over a decade. The modem you have currently is still one of the current models and would support up to 2Gbps speeds. Are you experiencing issues with the service or equipment?
