Tech named Brian in Syracuse NY.
I bought an old house and they must have put a TV in every inch of the house cause there were lines running everywhere, including old phone lines, that had been terminated and weren’t in use. The one active line was also basically outside on my porch. Normally I’d just run the active cable myself but there was SO much crap down there (splitters, repeaters, some I don’t even know lol) I didn’t wanna bring myself into an outage.
As a tech worker I understand how frustrating it is to clean up somebody else’s mess, especially if you’re on a time crunch for appointments. He didn’t complain but I KNOW it was probably super annoying.
He took that extra time to run one CLEAN line for me to my office and removed the phone lines entirely. Tremendous job I really appreciated him.
