Should be able to log in and do do it through the Spectrum App or website where you view/manage your equipment. Can also call support. Would expect it would be quick through the app's chat feature as well.

Hey @patgiblin,
Welcome to our community page and thank you for your comment! We'd be more than happy to reboot your equipment for you, but before we do, is there a particular reason for the reboot? Are you currently experiencing any issues with your connection or services? Upon checking the account, I can confirm the modem is connected and I can see a google router connected. Below I have included some self-service steps for rebooting the equipment manually and through our self-service My Spectrum app.
To reboot the equipment manually you can,
- Unplug the power cord from the back of your modem. If you have Home Phone service with battery backup, remove the battery.
- Unplug the power cord from the router. (Skip this step if you have a modem/router combo, also called a gateway.)
- Wait 30 seconds, reinsert the battery (if applicable) and reconnect the modem power cord.
- Wait two minutes to allow the modem to connect. The modem connection lights should be solid.
- Reconnect power to the router and wait two minutes, allowing it to connect.
- Your device should automatically connect
To reboot the equipment using your account via the My Spectrum app you can,
- Select the Reset it button below to be taken to your account.
- Under the Internet sub tab, choose your equipment from the list.
- If you see a "Connection Issue" status next to your equipment, select Troubleshoot.
- Select Restart Equipment next to a device.
- Select Restart Equipment again.
If further assistance is needed please let us know. We are available 24/7 via this forum, and on all other social media platforms including Reddit
