I want to post about the excellent experience I had this week with one of your employees when I called. On Wednesday, I called to find out if there were any possible promotions that might be available to me at Spectrum. Royce, who is in North Carolina, walked me through the options. He was not pushy. He knew his stuff. Royce carefully outlined the options for me. I did a small upgrade to my service and was able to take advantage of a nice small discount for a period of time. I feel he deserves recognition for his approach which was friendly and informative. I did not expect to have such a positive experience. Thank you, Royce!
