Outstanding Service from Technician Jestin Despite Heavy Rain!
I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jestin, the Spectrum technician who came out to my home today.
Despite the pouring rain, Jestin maintained such a wonderful attitude throughout the entire visit. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. Even while working in less-than-ideal weather conditions, he remained in great spirits.
What stood out to me most was his positive energy. It’s refreshing to encounter someone who approaches their work with such a great attitude, regardless of the circumstances.
I made sure to express my appreciation to him before he left, but I also wanted to take the time to recognize him publicly.
I sincerely hope this feedback reaches his supervisor because employees like Jestin deserve to be acknowledged for the effort and positivity they bring to their work.
