I had a mess of cable wires and no cable or internet. I was told that Spectrum could not get here for five more days. I was livid. The following day Spectrum sent the best service tech there was on the planet named Christopher. Chris was absolutely fantastic!!!!! Professional, kind, knowledgeable and polite. There isn't anyone that can match his customer service. Thank you Chris for all of your fabulous help. You were outstanding!!!
