I live in Poughkeepsie NY and Alvaro got my internet hooked up and showed me how to set up my Xumo box. He was friendly, professional and it is obvious he has a passion for his job and he really wants to do his best for the customers. Above and beyond for sure! He is an incredible asset to Spectrum and its customers.
