I have never liked calling Spectrum because lack of communication and understanding from the staff on the problem. But, today I was SUPER impressed. Caprecia was not only super helpful but she had the best attitude and personality!! I not only got my mobile phone added, but she help me upgrade to repair/lost coverage for my mobile device and get Spectrum TV lite. I am a happy customer!!
