    Good afternoon and welcome @lromiza4476,

    I'm not currently showing an issue for your area and the modem is showing online since the overnight hours where upgrade work was completed. As the modem is online and it appears you're using your own router, it may be beneficial to reboot both devices by removing the power and cable line from the modem and power from your router for at least 30 seconds.
