In mid September, I had a problem with HBOMax and my call was routed to Jackie for help. She was absolutely wonderful. She contacted HBO and tried to resolve the issue. When that did not work, she continued to follow up until I was finally able to log back into my HBOMax account. This took several days and she stayed in contact with me until it was fully resolved. I am sorry that I did not get her last name, but she is the best in customer service. My thanks to her for her help
