I called in today after some Spectrum folks knocking on doors a little too enthusiastically interrupted my meeting. Christopher was such a joy to talk to while he worked diligently with another team to sort out my situation, and he even helped sort out a few other loose ends while he was at it! He was kind, transparent, and eager to find the best possible resolution he could. I use Spectrum exclusively for mobile service these days and I’ve thought about switching to a carrier with a lower price point, but it’s customer service like this that offers the peace of mind that comes with paying a little extra. Thank you!
