I want to share my excellent experience with a technician named Ivan who handled my service appointment today (October 16, 2026) at 3:00 PM in Queens, New York.

Ivan was extremely courteous, professional, and kind throughout the entire visit. He set up everything for me and very quickly, but still took extra time to ensure everything was functioning perfectly and that I was completely happy with the setup before he left. He was willing to re-do the whole wiring if I wasn’t happy!

Employees like Ivan make a massive difference in customer experience. Please make sure this formal compliment is shared with his local supervisor and dispatch leadership team so he gets the recognition he deserves!
