How can i cancel service?

Every time I call or chat to cancel service I wait 30 minutes and when a person connects...they tell me I have to speak with someone else and they put me on hold where no picks up to cancel service.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues while trying to discontinue services. We would need to have you either try to phone back in or visit s Spectrum Store location.
If you are using any Spectrum equipment, it can then be returned at the same time as the disconnection. We are sorry to hear you plan to cancel your service and apologize that it has been a less than good experience.
