New Samsung WiFi Profile

My Spectrum App force closes on New Samsung Galaxy S21 when I click update WiFi profile. Phone does not connect to WiFi outside of the home. I sent email to app developers and I have posted review on Google Play. No answer so far.

Same problem. Spectrum issue apparently. Every forum I found have people with same complaint and zero solutions

Same issue - seems the option to install the profile has been removed from the latest update.
