Rebooted modem rebooted tv rebooted router cleaned apple cube. What's the issue ?

    Hi and welcome!

    AFE-1004 is an error code indicating the device is not connecting to the internet. What device are you using and has been updated to the most recent version (the app was recently updated for Apple devices).
