Why can't you see the program as it is fast forwarding or rewinding?

When fast forwarding all I can see are numbers. I am wondering if that is how it is or am I supposed to be able to see the show so when I know when to stop. Very disappointed so far that can't stop & start a program unless it is dvr'd and then when it is I can't see when I need to stop fast forwarding. I feel like we have went backwards 20 years on the technology.

    Hi and welcome,

    Currently, thumbnails are not available for cloud DVR recordings. Depending on the device you are using, you can advance in 30 second intervals. Thanks for the feedback and we will forward your suggestion.
