Bally Sports still not working as of right now!

I have jumped through all the hoops and still have no luck watching the Tigers with Spectrum. The statement that the problem is answered on other threads is not true. Funny thing is using my son’s Xfinity, I’m able to watch the game using Spectrum internet that I used to watch a couple of weeks ago on Spectrum Streaming.

    I'm sorry to hear you're still having issues with Bally's. I took a look at your account using the information from your registration for the community. It looks like you have our Spectrum TV Choice Basic streaming package. Bally's is not included in that subscription. There was an issue where some customers who were not subscribed to Bally's were able to view their content in error when logging in with their Spectrum information. That error has been corrected and customers are required to have the Bally's channel as a part of their cable package in order to view content in the Bally's app or website.

    That’s funny. I talked to 2 different Spectrum representatives. Neither had heard of Bally Sports. The first one signed me up for a sports package that included MLB. I still couldn’t get Bally. The second one removed the package and was unable to sign me up for Bally. Interesting thing is, Sinclair Broadcasting owns three of the four local stations in NE lower Michigan, which used to broadcast the Tigers. They also own Bally Sports.

    I am sorry for the frustration caused by this. You will need to add a video package that includes your local Bally Sports Network in order to access the Bally Sports App. In order to add this, I would ask that you please contact a specialist at: 855-707-7328 to get this added to your channel lineup. I was able to locate your account and I have made a note on the account regarding this.

    As an alternative, have you tried streaming on ballysports.com?
