Hi. When using Google Chrome, I am unable to simply type in my search query in the browser because I always get the following message (I will paste it in a moment) and I want to know how I can get this message to stop appearing. It's extremely annoying.

Good evening @skimmingderby and Welcome to our Community Forums!

Thank you for reaching out to us in regards to the suspicious site blocking. You can deactivate the Security Shield option. This is done using our My Spectrum App. Once you are logged in, scroll down to the internet section. You will then click on Manage Service. and the Security Shield should be found at the top of the page. Once you select this you will have the option to turn this off. Please let us know if you need any further assistance. -Lyn
