Getting DGE-1001 on multiple devices

Tried re-installing the app, logging in from three different computers and continue to fail.
Is there an outage we should be aware of?

Welcome to Community Forums! Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues when trying to log into the app. Are you trying to access the Spectrum TV app? Or the My Spectrum app? The app works in conjunction with your internet modem. Please sign out of the app, reboot the modem then sign back into the app. Let me know if this helps.
