LEGACY EMAIL KNOWN ISSUE
There is a known issue accessing legacy email accounts on email clients, including Microsoft platforms
Our engineers are aware and working on a fix, there is currently no ETA for the issue to be resolved
No additional examples are needed and there is no need to create a new post

When will Great American Family channel be available?
Hi, when I look for this channel is shows it's on the "Latin" plan but not any of the others. When will this channel be widely available?

If it remains listed when you filter the list down to the Entertainment View add-on, then the implication is that it is included in that regardless of it also being included in the Mi Plan Latino baseline package and, yes, i'd call them to find out for sure and/or to get it.

If you're referring to the following list, the main-body cross-reference is limited to the three big-time baseline packages. If you were to select Entertainment View - and only that - from the Channels by Package menu, that would filter the list, at large, down to everything included with the Entertainment View add-on, including Great American Family, regardless of the main-body X-ref.

I also like its chances of being included in the TV Stream alternative baseline package.
Contact Spectrum directly in order to get it and be aware of how it can be found to be variously nominally characterized as GFAM, GAC or GAN, depending on the list or guide.

Thank you. It still only shows in the Latin package; I'm obviously reading it wrong somehow. I'll have to call them.
