While I was online this afternoon, a pop-up window appeared on my screen saying that chosen Spectrum customers were selected to take part in a survey in order to receive their choice of a variety of prizes. Is this offer legitimately from Spectrum?

Hello @vinwen,
There are surveys we do when you visit our site, but there's no prizes, etc, that would be given out for that. If you're just looking around the internet and one of the ad pop ups is what said that, that is likely a nefarious link that will lead to no good. We strongly advise to not click on the link or interact with it in any way.
