Server rejection issues for email and websites
I’ve had multiple emails rejected in the last couple of months, and now I’m having trouble accessing some websites. I’ve tried online chatting and my husband called.
This is the last message I got when I tried to access Petsmart…
Access DeniedYou don't have permission to access "http://www.petsmart.com/" on this server.

Thank you for reaching out to us about the concerns you are experiencing reaching certain websites. I am very sorry this is happening. Is this happening on all devices or just one? Have you attempted to use another browser or just one? -Lyn

It’s only happening on the iphone, our Android devices are fine so far. And, yes, I tried 3 browsers, cleared my cache & cookies, restarted the phone, and tried other things but nothing has changed. Our router also had a firmware update.
