Server rejection issues for email and websites

I’ve had multiple emails rejected in the last couple of months, and now I’m having trouble accessing some websites. I’ve tried online chatting and my husband called.

This is the last message I got when I tried to access Petsmart…

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.petsmart.com/" on this server.

    It’s only happening on the iphone, our Android devices are fine so far. And, yes, I tried 3 browsers, cleared my cache & cookies, restarted the phone, and tried other things but nothing has changed. Our router also had a firmware update.

    @Sandy_1M If this problem is only happening on that iPhone it doesn't sound like an issue with the Spectrum services. You may need some additional troubleshooting done on that device.
