Spectrum On Demand audio out of sync when streaming through ROKU device

When using Spectrum app on demand to watch Die Hard. Right after a brief commercial break happens, the audio stays in sync just fine. The audio will start to go out of sync after the SECOND commercial break and so on...

In order to resolve the issue, I'm having to rewind the movie for 10 seconds so the audio syncs up properly after each commercial break. I use a Roku 4K streaming stick on a Sony Bravia TV.

I have recycled my modem / router, have no connectivity issues with anything else, all other apps and internet activity is working perfectly fine. This ongoing issue ONLY occurs with the Spectrum On Demand feature via the app and so have many others on the community discussion page.

Can someone from Spectrum app support recreate the issue. Here are the EXACT steps I followed to recreate the issue, please pay close attention to the last 3 steps:

Launch the Spectrum App
Select the On Demand option at the top menu
Search for Die Hard and select the movie to watch on AMC
Fast forward to the 1 hour 4 minute mark (1:04:00) and press play
Allow the commercial break finish, you'll notice the audio will sync OK

Let the movie play through the SECOND commercial break
Once the SECOND commercial break occurs, only then you'll notice the audio is out of sync

    Hi & welcome!

Does the issue only happen with the one OnDemand title? Have you tried restarting the Roku from the settings menu to clear the Roku cache history?

I cleared cache / history and restarted the ROKU once again and it happened with the original Die Hard movie On Demand.

I then selected Die Hard 2 on demand and that one seems to work just fine after several tests.

I believe the issue may follow certain titles or possible the older movies in the On Demand library.
