Good afternoon and welcome @RSteiger,
Email is still a supported service for those who already have an address with us. After June 13, 2024, we did cease offering email for any new customer or existing customer that had not yet set up an email account. You can still set up email on third party services using these email server settings. We do not offer support of email via third party services other than providing the server settings necessary for their use and limited troubleshooting as these are not our programs. Our only directly supported email client is via the webmail site and is used for verifying emails are working correctly. If they work via webmail, but not on your chosen third party email client with appropriate settings, you may need to contact them for assistance.
Can you please verify the server settings you currently have set up on your iPhone or other mail client? You can post any screenshots necessary, omitting any email address or password.0 -
contacted support and was told as of last week spectrum no longer supports mail on iPhones mail app? My wife has same roadrunner email account and has no problem with emails on her iPhone. Her settings and mine are the same.

You should still be able to use IPhone for our email but we do not directly support the Email application. We can provide you the settings but some issues will require you to contact Apple about. Can you provide us the error messages you are receiving and the settings you are using in the app?

error messages are varied & sporadic. Some are as follows:Server not responding, connecting,
Incorrect passwordOnce or twice a day I will receive emails but it takes hours to download the content.

With the images you sent, it looks like some of the settings weren't correct. Were the items previously listed updated?

as far as I can see the settings are the same. What did you see that are incorrect?

For the outgoing mail server it looks like you have "mobile-smtp.roadrunner.com" set, which should be "mail.twc.com". Please also make sure the full email address is set as the username.
If the issue persists, I recommend removing the email account from the mail app and re-adding it.
