Buffering and timeouts?

We just got spectrum in our area and had tv and wifi installed on Saturday. Wi-Fi is weak in almost every room in our house and it keeps buffering or timing out. We have the fastest speed package and have done all the troubleshooting. What frustrates me even more is when I do a speed test through spectrum app it says it's fine. When I do an independent speed test it's very low. Can this be fixed or is this just a Spectrum issue? I had my other service for 4 years and never had an issue at all and that was at lower mbps.

We understand the importance of our service working when you need it too and apologize for the intermittency you've been experiencing. Having said that, I was able to access the account using the email provided, and I can confirm that there is a connection issue, which will require a technician to come out and address.
