I've tried 4 times since February to order the replacement equipment Spectrum says I need. I get the confirmation email, but never get the email saying it has been shipped, nor have I received the equipment. Anyone else have this trouble?

    Good afternoon and welcome @Sueash23,

    Reviewing your account, the equipment appears to be in order for the service you have, but the router can be exchanged for one that better supports your subscribed speeds. I've created an order to have a new router shipped out. There is a disabled modem on the account that you may no longer be using that may have generated the replacement notifications if not the router. Once received and connected, the existing router and also the disabled modem listed can be returned to a Spectrum store location, or The UPS Store, which would handle packaging and shipping at no cost to you.
