The Wi-Fi equipment isn’t connecting

Chat didn’t help. Video didn’t help. What’s next? Received the Wi-Fi equipment but it doesn’t work according to what the instructions are telling me. Is there a Spectrum tech available?

Is this new Internet equipment? Call or text Spectrum Customer Care and they will get it set up for you. We had to do that when I upgraded my router. Call 833-949-0036:
