Welcome to our community page! We are sorry to hear you've been experiencing slow speeds lately and appreciate you brining this to our attention, so we can assist. Having said that, I was able to access the account using the email address you provided during registration. I can confirm the signal strength is good from the modem, but I would like to confirm, is this happening on one device or multiple?

Will you please run a speed test and share your results? Please use your newest/fastest device connected with an ethernet cable, or right next to the router if all you have is WiFi only devices.
