Outstanding Tech Ken

i just wanted to send positive feedback on the outstanding tech named Ken that you sent to my home to resolve an issue I've had for over a year. He identified the main culprit quickly but there were a number of other minor issues (both inside & outside) that he also resolved. He truly went above & beyond.
