Seasonal hold or Cancel?
We go to Florida every winter and when I tried to put our service on seasonal hold they won’t let me because it hasn’t been 12 months since the last time we left. I was going to drop down to the plan where I would leave my cameras on for $29.95 I am not going to pay full price while we aren’t here so I’m wondering if my only option is to just cancel the service, turn the equipment in, pay zero while we’re gone, and maybe sign up again when we get back at the end of April? I see where I turn Starlink on and off anytime with a $5. a month charge so I might do that when we get back. Any thoughts? Suggestions?

Hi & welcome!
I've included a link to Seasonal Status with some common FAQ's. Sounds like you are looking for Seasonal Plus, and you can select between 2-9 months, once every 12 months. If there is an overlap since the last time you started a seasonal hold, you can also choose a new date for this year that is after the 12 month requirement.
I would encourage you to call us again at 1-855-70-SPECTRUM (855-707-7328) to discuss available options.
