No Call History List in VoiceZone?
Good Day
I used to be able to see a list of my Home Phone incoming and outgoing calls (and even export them). That feature appears to be missing from VoiceZone. All I can see are calls blocked by Call Guard.
Am I missing something or is VoiceZone broken?

I think that only existed when and where call quantity based rate plans were available or at least one subscriber in/of the rate center still had such on a legacic basis.

It was recently available in our legacy area albeit as Voice Manager not VoiceZone. Made it easier to block spammers and tell if a number was a repeat offender.
Hopefully other Voice users and the Mods will comment.

I remember the Spectrum Voice Zone functionality differing by area. Legacy customers had Voice Manager, while others had Voice Zone. I always had Voice Zone.
What I remember is that you could not do a Call History for local calls in your area code LATA., Remember that with Spectrum Voice,local calls cover huge areas way beyond the competitive carriers. if you have Spectrum Voice Unlimited Calling covers no charge for calls to anywhere in the USA, Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and the Virgin Islands.
In Voice Zone Settings, you could see any calls that were long distance. But there was no charge for any local calls or any of the areas above. With Spectrum Voice Zone, they did not itemize list local calls because there was no need to do that. Just long distance.
In earlier years under the legacy Charter regime, they may have been limited Voice service plans. But I used to be Time Warner and they always had the Unlimited Calling automatically included with Voice Service. It could be similar to what @HT_Greenfield spoke of above. It is possible @catchtwentytwo that your Voice Zone Settings are being updated through the website and portal. @catchtwentytwo, when did you first notice this change?

Call details in VoiceZone will only show billable calls, such as international charges. A full call log would not be available.
