Huge thanks to Allister of the Pearl City, HI store, for his patience and expertise while attempting to port my phone number from Net10 to Spectrum on Dec. 26, 2025. It turned out to be a monumental effort, involving multiple phone calls, being shuffled to various departments, and dealing with a “locked number”. I don’t believe I could have done this myself. He showed great care and commitment to customer satisfaction. He is a true asset to Spectrum, and I feel I made the right choice for a carrier.
