Android 16 My Spectrum App not working

For whatever reason, when I open the app I am unable to scroll any of the tabs. I only have Internet, and would like to set up parental controls from my phone, as I'm supposed to be able to, and it won't let me scroll in the internet tab, or any tab for that matter. I can see the content, but can't scroll

I have uninstalled, cleared memory, everything. I work in IT so I have an acute understanding of software troubleshooting.

    Just curious …

    1. App version 13.24.2 or what?
    2. Phone or tablet?
    3. If tablet, landscape or portrait orientation, or both?
    4. Orientation rotation locked or not?

    Also having the same problem just not with parental controls

    I've had this problem for almost a year.

    Version13.24.2

    Android 16

    Galaxy S24

    Non-locked orientation

    Trying to use the website force opens the app.🤦🤬

    Guess they don't want me to upgrade. 🤷

    Do you have horizontal scrolling enabled in the Android devices app drawer? If so, can you try enabling or disabling?

    The My Spectrum app is designed to act like a website and the tabs and scrolling are disabled when the device is rotated. I am wondering if the scrolling feature in the app drawer is impacting the app behavior.

    Hello. I am having this same issue. I am not able scroll on any of the tabs. I have uninstalled the app a few times, restarted my phone and still didn't work.

    @carlisle727 : Quite an eye-opener from Samsung with reference to Galaxy S phones, here:
