I’ve been with spectrum for 30 years when it was Charter in our area. Love your service but would really like faster speeds. I have been bombarded from AT&T fiber in my area to switch to speeds up to 5 gigs. I keep hearing about upgrades coming but would love to know when?

Keep in mind that mention of 6 months in the write up is not some form of index for when to expect the upgrades to kick in... even once your market goes on the list for completed upgrades. It may still take a while before things can fully go live.

Your routing in either direction may pass through another market still needing hardware updates first. Then there can be delays getting the logical updates to modems—possibly even modem replacements themselves.
