Mailchimp Authentication

Hello, I'm using Mailchimp to send emails. They require that my Email domain (new.rr.com) be authenticated. It's a process where I need to add 2 CNAME records and then add a DNS record. Where do I find a place to do this? Any help is appreciated. Thank you. -Rick

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community!

    You can go to the following link here to get information on email settings to use a third party email client.

    Hello @LR56;

    I do apologize but the email you are using is on our residential email platform and it is not possible to add CNAME records. This can only be done if you purchase a domain name on our Business class service.

    @LR56 : The point is that you can switch to biz-grade service if you want your spam to be authenticatible biz-grade marketing spam.
