When is "High Split" coming to the Capitola/Watsonville, California markets? What do we need to do to prepare?

    Welcome to our community page and thank you for your post! I am pleased to hear that you are anticipating the rollout of our network evolution. While there is not a specific date available, all areas are estimated to be completed by next year.

    @MrWest,

    You can follow updates on our post regarding our network evolution. For now, there's nothing you need to do, but there are no customer owned modems currently approved for use once these upgrades have been completed. We offer a modem at no cost with our internet service which can be added at any time. You can still use your own separate router, or add one of ours for a monthly cost.
