Spectrum has been notified that unsolicited e-mail messages are being distributed from your Spectrum Internet account and/or Spectrum-provided IP address.

Please refer to the CAN-SPAM Act for guidelines to format emails. Emails that do not comply with these guidelines will be blocked.

    can I view the specifics? I went to the notices page and when I enter my account and reference numbers I get login failed

    You would need to call in to customer service at 1-855-707-7328 so they can direct you to the correct team to assist with that further. Our team does not have access to the specifics.
