Tonight 1/30/2026 I spoke with Jatae from Austin Texas as I wanted to remove my sports package from my account. She was very friendly and was able to not only fix what I had called her to address but found me a better deal than what I currently had. Throughout the interaction I asked a lot of questions and she not only answered all of my questions and did so pleasantly! It also impressed me that she acknowledged that I was a 34 years customer which for the first time, I felt like a valued customer. Thank you Jatae!
