Outage again
I seem to have an outage every week and it's getting very frustrating, Why can't we get a permanent fix to whatever keeps happening here in Henryville, In.

Oh and to add, I also got an email saying I've nearly used my data at full speed on my hotspot… Wonder why… cause I keep having all these outages… and need things to still work while I'm at home and have to use it to stay connected…

Hasn't that area been getting hammered by the winter storms? Adverse weather can have a profound impact on HFC systems sometimes. Heatwaves and bad storm cycles hit us regularly. At the extreme ends, can literally watch signal levels shift with temperature changes alone. Standing water can get into cables/equipment and wreak havoc.
A lot of such problems can only be addressed by getting crews on site to perform specific maintenance/repairs. Have you been in contact with support to get technicians on site and such?

Hello Andy,
If this gets to be a problem, especially if you were effected by the Winter Storms and it keeps happening, call for a signal and drop line test. Sometimes it takes residential checks by the techs to make sure your house lines and signals are OK.
