    Good morning & welcome @PromptUp,

As of now, there is no estimated date listed for upgrades to occur or for symmetrical availability. All areas are expected to be completed next year, with 50% of our service area this year, and the remaining next year.

Recently I just got this email:

Faster Internet is coming your way
Hello Spectrum Customer,
Great news! Your Internet service is getting a major overhaul.

We’re always improving our network to provide you with the best Internet. Over the next few weeks, you’ll see technicians working in your neighborhood upgrading our network with increased upload speeds and improved performance, giving you:
More bandwidth to power more devices
Clearer video calls with family or while working from home
Better online gaming experience
We’ll reach out in advance with the timing for your neighborhood.

You will experience a short interruption in service during the upgrade, but we’ll make every effort to perform this work in the overnight hours. We appreciate your patience as we improve your service.

Shortly after the upgrade is completed, matching upload and download speeds will be available up to 1 Gig.
