This Post is to recognize an employee for their efforts including going above and beyond and being patient with me. This young man was absolutely wonderful with his following up with me and making sure I was aware of all the new discounts and services Spectrum is offering in my area. He wasn't pushy at all and allowed me time to take care of other things while I decided to switch my service. I also send his manager an email so he can get recognized for an awesome job he is doing in the community. Me and my neighbors have been speaking about him we all are now switching to Spectrum 😀.
