road runner email

I am trying to access my road runner account. Via a previous post in here it said to use my email username and email password when signing in. It is different than my spectrum account. It tells me my UN or PW is incorrect, so I go to reset my password, get my code and then it tells me it's associated with another user name and doesn't let me continue. It's a vicious cycle. I need to access my road runner emails and this is rediculous. Can you provide exact steps to do so as nothing works thus far.

    I apologize for the frustration when trying to log in to your email. I was able to access your account using your community registration and it looks like the full email is showing as the username on our end. Are you able to try one more time and tell us what the wording on the error you're getting is and if there's an error code? The error code would typically be 4 letters, followed by 4 numbers.

    i can't find a email button at all on my account so I have no idea how to access it. chat was completely unhelpful since it didn't have a question for this subject. I cant open the mobile app so I'm on my laptop trying to troubleshoot the issue. getting no where though. ty

    Hi @roxydoll0228, welcome to our community! Please make sure you are signing in at Spectrum.net with the email as the username, then there will be a "Check mail" option on the sidebar to the left. You can see A message to customers having trouble accessing legacy rr.com and roadrunner.com email accounts for more information about the change.
