LEGACY EMAIL KNOWN ISSUE
There is a known issue accessing legacy email accounts on email clients, including Microsoft platforms
Our engineers are aware and working on a fix, there is currently no ETA for the issue to be resolved
No additional examples are needed and there is no need to create a new post
Legacy email users can access email by logging in to your Spectrum account at:
spectrum.net
TWC email getting worse and worse!
Okay, what's going on with the twc.com email service? I can no longer find the webmail access as that's apparently 100% replaced with spectrum.net. This is a huge problem given I've been using twc for decades. Now? My Outlook 365 no longer receives emails to my address. I have two accounts, one is POP the other IMAP - doesn't matter, both are broken so it's not my Outlook settings (esp since it's been working just fine for years). What gives? Where are all my emails??

I checked your account and can confirm your email is still active, but it doesn't look like your password has been changed yet. Please see A message to customers having trouble accessing legacy rr.com and roadrunner.com email accounts1
