How do I access my twc.com email account

How the heck do I access my twc.com email account? When I sign into Spectrum now I no longer can access the webmail page that I previously used. I can still send and receive email using my @twc.com email address but i have access to the webmail page.

When I try to call customer service all I get is an automated voice and cannot talk to a real person. This is VERY frustrating.

    OK…BUT how do I sign out of the Spectrum.net account? When I go to the web page it has me signed in to the correct page, it shows my email as *****@twc.com but when I go to check email it wants to sign me into ****@spectrum.net.

    Edit: When it redirects to the sign-in page, it's the browser rather than the remote host that's auto-filling the username field. You can overwrite that with, or alt-select, the one you want.

    not happy that I can't access my email (twc) account. you are on auto pay so you receive my payment ontime with no delays. I expect the same service when I wish to access my email. I would hate to change to another account because I use my twc account for all correspondence. If this continues to be the case I will have no other choice but to seek other options

    What specific issue are you having accessing email? Were you able to follow the process provided in the link above?
