Call Guard Blocks Elmbrook Hospital/Ascension- Wisconsin Phone Registration (Even When Turned Off)

Hello Spectrum,

Ever since Spectrum went to Call Guard for Call Blocking Security instead of Nomorobo, my family and I have never been able to complete on-line phone registration for schedule hospital appointments. This is the only phone registration medical system, or any phone system that gives us any trouble with Call Guard. Even going into settings and turning off Call Guard the phone never rings and there is no number shown on the phone caller ID that says it tries to ring. The process is the following:

1.) An Email confirming a patient's appointment is approaching and that it is time to register.

2.) Entering of the patient's date of birth.

3.) Confirmation of the patient's street address.

4) Conformation of the patient's phone number, We enter the number exactly as instructed in the screenshot. wait, wait wait. silence.

Today, I even tried to repeat the phone registration process a second time by first turning off Call Guard. No change.

We have to call the hospital every time to speak to in-person registration to confirm our appointments, Note that there is no number we can enter as an allowed number because the phone never rings with the number with the verification code.

The company that Ascention and Elmbrook Hospital use is called Phreesia. https://www.phreesia.com/

I have added screenshots of the process (All patient information has been blacked out for confidentiality and security.)

Hey @Satch! I remember you posting about this before. If the calls still aren't coming through even with call guard turned off it doesn't seem like that is what's blocking them. Are you seeing that listed as a blocked call in your call guard settings or is it coming through as a spam risk? If it does show blocked somewhere you can submit phone spam feedback. Otherwise, I'd have to recommend you use the different number/text message options or contact Ascension for further assistance.
