Bury cable never show

How do you get Spectrum to actually come bury cable 400' wrapped around my neighbors house ? For 2 months every time I call they give me a date how about 2 weeks out and then they never show up and then I called back and then they get me two more weeks out and then I called back and then they put it out about a week and a half and then I call back and then they put me out again they don't ever come? Has to be someone who works there that can get this done , very unprofessional ! Anyone I can call

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community.

    There could be multiple factors with burying the line. If the line is on your neighbor's property generally they would need to reach out to us to have the order put in to bury the line. I would suggest having your neighbor call in to customer service at 1-855-707-7328 to see what can be done.
