High Split in Mira Mesa, San Diego, Ca

When I ordered 1gbit service on Tuesday, they told me it was symmetrical. I received the modem and to my chagrin it was 1gbit Down /40mbit Up. Is there any word when high split will be started or completed in this area?

    I do apologize for any confusion or misinformation. Symmetrical speeds are not currently available in your area and the network evolution upgrades show started in January but there is no current time frame for completion or when the upgraded services will be available.
