How to remove duplicate "Favorites" entries when using FireStick 4K MAX

When I create a "Favorites" Guide list I get duplicate SD and HD entries. The system will not let me delete just the SD entries. It takes my HD entry as well. The unnecessary clutter resulting in the favorites guide makes it almost useless. I understand the duplication in the full guide, but the Favorites guide should be entirely user selectable. The whole channel selection process on the App is extremely clumsy, to the point where the Spectrum remote and cable box are much more efficient. Also, many customers prefer to simply punch in a channel number. Can't even do that now! Time to uninstall and return to the cable box.

    Hello @grahamascott;

    Welcome to the Community Forums. I can understand the frustration of the duplication. At this time there is not an option to not show the SD versions. I will pass on your feedback to management to look into changing the feature.
